When The Universe Falls In Love With A Stubborn Heart

31 July 2018, Yogyakarta, around 4.30 pm.

I just finished up making chicken spring rolls (it was supppsed to be dumplings, but I bought a wrong skins), I grabbed my phone because I left it in my room, then, there's a chat coming from one of my friend,

"Did you get an email from CGS?", and I was like.....................

WAIT HOLD THE F...USH UP WHATS HAPPENING
Oh well, I opened my email, THERE IS IT ON TOP OF MY INBOX THAT IS ALREADY FULL OF SPAMS AND SHOPS ADVERTISEMENTS

I am shaking.

I am clueless.

I....... don't know what to do?

and despite all of that feelings, I am truly grateful. This will be my chance again, to learn again, to explore again, to be a better person again.
And I truly believe, this is the answer of my prays to Allah SWT, for what Im praying for, for what I'm waiting for.
Hopefully, everything will go smoothly until the end, until I come back again, or until another change to another place? I'll never know.

All the best, dear self. xoxo.

27 August 2018, Home.

This is my last night at home before going to China for almost a year.
Probably my longest time away without my family around.

This is it, this is what I've been waiting for, being away, alone (well actually with a friend of mine too), in a foreign land, new language, new surroundings, new everything.

A wild part of me is excited to finally breaking free, to explore and learn more about world.
A-home-girl side of me is kinda terrified, and lonely, with out her family around. Well, I used to have a lively people around me, but now I am leaving them for a while, away from home.

But most of all, I am grateful, for everything, for this chance, so I will fully learn and experiencing everything, I will try my best.
To be brave, to be independent, to be kind to others, to be..... a better me.

Nothing teach you better than experience, right?
Dear my little self, be brave and explore more!

Tonight I'm leaving to China, for a year.
I started to feels lonely, without my family around, but yes, this is another step of growing up I believe. Stepping out of my comfort zone, ready for new everything.

29 August 2018, 河北师范大学留学生公寓, around 4.31 PM.

Laying on my new bed after OH-SO-LONG-JOURNEY.
First, after the long a$$ transit time in Bali, with the fuckin muckin back pack I think my back will broke, the scary flight to Beijing because the turbulence is so long, the pilot informed many times that the weather is not good, the eXpEnSiVe taxi ride to 北京西站 but yea its ok because its frikin far from Beijing Capital Airport, after the short but tiring train ride to Zhijiazhuang station, and another taxi ride, but this time is cheap I wanna cry, SO HERE I AM LYING HAPPILY IN MY DORM ROOM.

The 高铁 ticket to Shijiazhuang

Such a pleasant welcome from Beijing, the sky looks so clear! which is rarely happened in Beijing.
But sadly, I should catch the train to Shijiazhuang, so I was in Beijing for a really short time :(

Shout out to everyone who contributed to this journey, for Sarah mostly, thank you for being patient enough to be with me in this, and for a year ahead, for Sarah's friends who bought and kindly enough to delivered it to us in 北京西站, and for EVERYONE WHO HELPED ME PICKING UP PULLING UP MY 28KG SUITCASE, THANK YOU SO MUCH 谢谢,对不起麻烦了你们.

AND my dorm room level is: I AM SUPER SATISFIED. Worth all the tiring journey, even though my arms, back, and legs feels wanna breaking apart, when I saw the room for the first time, YES THANK YOU LORD THIS IS WORTH IT.

Room view when I first arrived, it was cloudy.

1 September 2018, 石家庄, night time.

Today's weather is not that bad, but still gloomy.
I met another Indonesian students here, they just arrived the other night. We ate Malaxiangguo for lunch, then at 3PM we meet up to play badminton at the gym. Its been a while, like I've never trained my body like this, except yoga which I did few months ago. I am having fun tho, even if my arms hurts so bad now lol.
After playing, we go back to the dorm for dropping the equipments and walked out again for dinner. Yes, I did A LOT of walks here, which I am enjoying a lot, because the surroundings are nice, a big difference from my hometown.

I enjoyed the dinner too, and the jokes with my new companions here, they're really kind.
It's been 4 days, and I am still feels blessed. Cheers to another days to come ahead!

Once we arrived we ate ramen first, then went to miniso for cheap room stuffs lol.
I actually want to buy lots of things, like winter coat or autumn coat or whatever will keeps me warm in autumn and winter, but my scholarship-fresh-money come at the end of this month so............... :)
Oh, and today is pretty sunny! after the gloomy days, finally the sun is out again.
